Well this is unfortunate

Just looked at the exit from the parking lot on Google Earth. There doesn't seem to be any reason other than drunkenness to suddenly back up that far and at that speed.

I wonder if there was an altercation in the pub and the driver waited for the smaller car to leave and just went a bit over the top ramming him
