On the railcam site they now have cameras at Ryde, free at the moment,Looking at the Blue Anchor camera and it's a lovely clear day, at Ryde you cannot see the end of the Pier

Isn't Ryde where they use a very old ex London Underground train?
They still havee with plans to update to not so old LU stock next year

Jumped on the camera but instead of the train spotted they were tracking the Emerald Princess Liner which is heading up the Solent from Southampton ,not heading for exotic climes , but to Torbay . I assume it won't be cruising for a while and a lot of these liners are moored offshore to save on docking fees assume it has docked for some work .
