Foggy's full name is Walter C Dewhurst according to wikipedia,so what was the C short for?,unless it was edited in by somebody
 
It was Walter C, he said so in The Odd Dog Men mate, but we never found out what the C stood for.
 
I don't think we ever found out what the C stood for, in fact we hardly heard him referred to as Walter.

I think the C was for one and one reason only - to to give him the initials WC, as in toilet.
