Yet another continuity issue (Curing of Mr. Helliwell)

Noticed this irregularity, first image of the door to Goff's bedroom from the outside, second image of door from inside his bedroom.

Very careless, I think the landing is the real house, the bedroom is a studio set.

Look at the state of those spindles on the staircase. One is missing and one doesn't match.

Many shows do that. They don't make the interiors appear to fit into the exteriors. One very bad example is the Rovers Return in Coronation Street, among others.

Another issue is that in the exterior shot, there is a STEP at the bedroom door. In the interior shot, Clegg is walking straight in with no step.
