I have to ask, cos if anyone knows, it will be you clever lot

In the 1970's we had our local sweet shop run by Dave and Iris who were fab. Very happy memories of popping in there after school every day. We used to get free ice cream on our birthdays, any way


The shop is no more or sadly Dave or Iris. The question is, could there be a way of finding a photo of the shop somewhere hidden on the net or anywhere else, it's probably near impossible, but hey if you don't ask you don't get

Have you tried Google?
On Facebook there are some sites that post pictures of local shops/place from years ago.

Try maybe a local history group who may have old photo's to check??
