The Cafe and Cigarettes

For some years on the back shelf of the Cafe there were Cigarette packets, I never saw them sell any, but in the 70/80's it would be acceptable for Cafes to sell them, I am wondering when they were no longer there
 
I'm working my way through from the start, they were there yesterday so I'll keep watch, I think they were swapped for KitKats at some point.
 
Mmm ok, I'll be getting there soon but in Frozen Turkey Man it's KitKats
