Just watching "Who's Feeling Ejected, Then?" and got me thinking of the scene in Wesley's shed when Seymour has the silver on his face, I assume it's paint but why is it there?

Thanks George, I didn't think it would be mud from the car splashing them.

Ron, that episode was "Set the People Free" from later in series 9

Yes ! Love it when he comes back dejected with a face full of emulsion. At the pub he still has a bit.

The ejector seat was another Seymour might have been invention ,Barrys car was a Mk1 Escort a brilliant car and the sight of Compo strapped on the roofrack swaying back and forth was brilliant.Howard looked very young as did Marina when the boys went past ,did they ever find the lavie of the woodmoth,he was wearing a sleavless cardy ,we wore them in the fifties!
