In a couple of the Blamire episodes I have noticed when they were filming inside the Library and the Cafe which are studio sets, looking through windows to the outside there is a telephone box, yet in the external shots there is not a box there,you would of thought someone in production would of noticed this

There are some dreadful lapses in this kind of continuity.

In Hail Smiling Morn, we see an exterior shot of Clegg's house, and the door into his lounge. Cut to the studio, and the lounge door is all wrong.

By contrast though, the studio set of the cafe in the pilot episode has accurate scenery of the area outside. Bearing in mind we don't see the exterior of the cafe until Series One, this is surprisingly accurate. I wonder if there is an exterior cafe scene from the pilot that got edited out.
