New Tricks??

Have liked New Tricks for yonks, but this season is
wearing a bit thin.

Tonight, supposedly, Nicholas Lyndhurst (Goodnight Sweetheart,
Only Fools and Horses) replaces Alun Armstrong. We'll just see
how well that goes. This may be my last season.

If I remember correctly, Bolam, Armstrong, and Redman wanted to leave after
the last series, something to do with a change in writing/writers. Bolam
left. Looks like Armstrong is leaving. Can Redman be far behind??

And I agree with them, the writing has not been nearly as good of late.

This show must be coming to an end soon. Dennis Waterman looked very old in the last episode. I am sorry that they did not introduce Nicholas Lyndhurst before in stead of Dennis Lawson, it may have lasted longer.
