LEWIS ???? Series 8 ???

My local US TV station is saying that October 5 we will see
a new episode of Lewis when Lewis comes back from
retirement. Calling it INSPECTOR LEWIS, SEASON 7 - ENTRY WOUND.

First, IMDB sez this is Series 8 (NOT series 7)

Second, this does not appear to have been aired in the UK yet.

So please, UK members, what is the deal on a new series
of Lewis.

So according to these schedules, we in the US will see a UK
show a week before you in the UK see it. Is this a first???
