Pretty sure it was cut to cut down on the cost of the concrete.

Can I have half a point for when the terrified Barry sloped into the ladies hairdressers because of an imminent encounter with Miss Davenport !!!.....only to be followed in by Glenda !!!.
He broke down after heavy interrogation from Glenda and explained that he was going to pay for a haircut/restyle for her.....after a millisecond Glenda exclaims..."you don't like my hair !!!!".....OOOPS !!!!...that's Barry "sitting on the stairs for the rest of his life !!!"....to quote the man himself.
