Most of the heritage lines are running now as it's half term

I wonder if Steam trains have the same fascination for the kids of today as they did for us ,assume that the Heritage lines put trains on at half term because it offers the chance of somewhere of interest for parents to take their children , but how much is it dragging the kids kicking and streaming compared with the the kids enthusiastically embracing the visit .
