The episode begins with Clegg, Truly and Billy strolling down the road & finding a tractor tire. Billy decides to "ride" the tire down the hill.
Which episode is it?
 
Cant picture this episode at all. Over to guru George I think :)
 
Ican see Billy rolling thro the grass inside the wheel but no idea of the title( could it be Spores??)
 
I'm pretty sure it's from Series 25, but I can't remember exactly which episode. But I know I just watched it in the last few days. The local PBS station is now up to episodes from 2004. (They go in order from the pilot through the end, and then start over again, but no Christmas specials.)
