Keep your thinking caps on guys. There is another house with the number 21 on it. Oddly enough the clues for Quiz 12 are the same for this quiz. It is a couple who lives there and the man is mainly outside the house. You've already eliminated quite a few, so maybe this will be easy or maybe it will be harder.
