Cleggy's house,I spotted this

In the later series just to the right of Cleggy's front door is a planting bed, now from the exterior shots it appears that a old butlers sink has been fixed into the brickwork , yet when his door open in the interior shots, it's just a plain brick wall

The view out from inside the open stage set door must be on film. Could the film have been made before the homeowner installed the sink as a planter, then not re-recorded after the change was made?

Maybe it's another of the things we weren't expected to notice!
