I love anything like that.
How I would love to go in the cafe to be served by Ivy and Nora,and to speak in hushed tones while they sized me up and discussed who I was.
Then to take my car to dear old Wesley,for a simple service,only for him to remove the whole engine in the yard outside the tin shed,and not know how to put it back in,while using a hammer as his main tool.
Love the quotes too,simple things like that bring back a flood of warm memories.
Devastated that I can’t go to anything at all for the 50th weekend,we have booked to go to Lapad in Croatia,there is no other week we could have gone,but my thoughts will be in Holmfirth
