Towards the end of the Odd Dog Men, the are running towards a trailer escape the dog, they cut the Foggy being helped into the trailer and Foggy is wearing a different colour trousers.

I know they would of used a stuntman to do this scene but normally they do get the continuity correct, also Foggy is pulled into the rear of the trailer, when he sits up he is at the front

There will always be these kinds of things in filming anything. Ever notice how Foggy's green jacket USUALLY has the faded breast pocket, but not always?

I have noticed that, but I wondered if it was just because of different lighting or something.

I originally thought the faded pocket jacket was to do with his absence from the show and they couldn't get the "original" when he returned. However I have noticed both in his early period too.

Wesley's amphibian tipped Foggy out into the water, 2 minutes later he was dry ??:eyesroll: He had a different shade of pocket that day .

There are lots of continuity issues if you pay attention. One of my favorites is in "The Flag and its Snags," where Clegg and Compo are trying to catch the mules. The stunt double for Clegg crashes to the ground and his cap flies off, but in the cut to Clegg he's still wearing his cap! There's also weird stuff like in "All Mod Conned" when Foggy and Clegg stop at Compo's he's supposed to be in the bedroom collecting his ferrets , even though its the window by the stairs that before and after is clearly supposed to be in his living room.

The penultimate episode ever Look whose wheel's come off has a serious fault in it . The whole premise of Howard being chained to his bike and then having to be cut free leaving him with the chain and one wheel which he proceeds to carry with him everywhere on the basis he is still trapped is just laughable. The chain mechanism , presumably crafted by the prop department , could quite easily be slipped over Howard's head at anytime . When Pearl is shown him it would have been quite a funny if she just sidled up to him in that manner she has shown in countless episodes and just casually slipped the chain over his head.

Almost anything ever filmed, from TV to movies, will have stories of dis-continuity or other little gems.

One thing I found out as a fan of a certain famous American show was watching a DVD with some of the cast commenting on the people passing behind the main characters in a scene shot in the town. They pointed out to watch as two extras passed behind them going one way, specifically a man with a lady-friend. Only a minute later in the same scene the same man passes back the other way a minute later escorting a different lady!:rolling:

In another episode with a basketball game, the cast-commentary pointed out to look carefully at the crowd when they filmed facing the home-team crowd...then when the camera shot the other way to film the visiting team crowd, it was the same people in different shirts. :21:
