1945 Film with Bill Owen

What a great find, my Father in Law was a bus driver and directly after the war he went to Coventry for a few years to help out
 
I was on a National Holidays bus holiday and the Hotel we stayed at was the Britannia Hotel which is right next door to the Cathedral sadly I didn't have any spare time to look around, the holidays is basically breakfast and then straight out to one of the designated places on the itinerary and then back for evening meal by which time the place is locked up for the day. As I understand it people who are married at the Cathedral can opt to have the Ceremony carried out at the altar in the old Cathedral amongst the restored ruins.
