    The Prisoner Convention

Not sure if there's any concessions, I think if you book into the hotel or one of the self catering buildings in the village then entry is included. Yes there's quite a few shops, one specifically devoted to The Prisoner quite a bit of stuff in there. I've googled the appreciation society...

    The Prisoner Convention

If you take the motorhome you can camp for £55 which includes free entry for 2 people which normally costs £20 each. Spotless site and you can access the village when the tourists have left which is a surreal experience. I’d definitely recommend it !

    The Prisoner Convention

I'm visiting Portmerion this weekend and by chance The Prisoner 40th Annual Convention is on at the same time. Reminds me a lot of the 50th celebrations. They're all dressed up, re-enacting various scenes around the village and Patrick McGoohan's daughter is here doing a Q&A. I asked how many...

    Here's a random question

He's a typically barmy question from a typical Barmpot on a Sunday morning.... I was discussing with a friend recently common items we've never owned and we surprised each other things we've never bought/owned. I've never owned a tumble dryer in my life.... What common items have you never...

Anyone else remember those "Little Chef's"

Whilst I agree with your point generally there is a couple of farm shop type motorway service stations, one is in Gloucester I recall and they're really great places to visit.

    How??

I agree, to be fair the several series after his departure dipped in quality but after that I feel the series found it's feet again - albeit in a different direction. I actually found the last couple of series with Combo distressing as Bill was clearly gravely ill by this point.
